SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT MANAGER

As Social Media & Content Manager you’ll take charge of our social media presence which involves social media management, content creation, analytics, optimisation, and engaging with the online community to enhance brand visibility.

You’ll be joining a supportive and inclusive work environment that values your input and encourages your professional development. You’ll gain hands-on-experience in managing social media for a growing brand whilst being mentored by experienced professionals.

Working from our offices in High Wycombe, this role does not require any specific previous experience as we’ll provide relevant training. However, what we are ideally looking for in the candidates is as follows:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • A strong passion for social media and content creation, demonstrated through personal projects or internships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in using data to drive decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
