Sales Controller

Reporting to the Sales Director you’ll be responsible for leading the delivery of the channel strategy across your sector UK. With direct line management responsibility for a commercial sales team,  you’ll also lead and manage a key part of the customer portfolio. Fair to say that when joining the business your biggest learning will be people, product, customers, and ways of working.

To be considered for this role you’ll have a strong commercial background within FMCG with the ability to demonstrate:

  • Proven people management skills with the ability to drive performance and motivate staff
  • Highly analytical, numerate with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience of managing complex customers
  • Exceptional sales & negotiation skills
  • Experience of working in cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional commercial planning and acumen
  • Ideally an understanding of the food ingredient industry

  • Leadership & gravitas
