National Account Manager Grocery

In an ideal world – if there is such a thing, you’ll have a background in FMCG/Retail or consumer goods with solid sales and commercial or retail buying experience. You’ll evidence winning customer relationships, account management, new business wins and a proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels.  These roles are all about harnessing both the business opportunities and your capability.

Previous National Account Management experience is not essential. You may be a highly capable individual at Junior National Account Manager looking to take a step up or perhaps a retail buyer looking to make a change – either way we’d welcome the opportunity to explore this with you further.

As a minimum requirement you’ll require the following:

  • Commercial Experience
  • Account Management or buying Experience
  • P&L Experience
  • Resilience, Drive & Results Orientation
  • Proven Communication Skills
  • Knowledge of the UK Retail Landscape, Grocery, Pharmacy or Discounters
