With considerable autonomy and scope, your key focus will be on delivering growth through the effective and strategic management of a field sales operation for a significant FMCG client. Providing an end-to-end solution linking supply chain and the field, which in turn delivers value for their client’s brands.

You’re focus will be on delivering a growing return on investment through effective management of the teams, whilst also taking a long-term strategic view of future opportunities.

With a Consumer Sector or FMCG background, you’ll be commercially astute and have a strong understanding of category management, insights, supply chain and sales channels with significant people and team management experience.
