In this role as IT Support Technician you’ll be customer facing, so the ability to communicate in a concise and clear manner is essential. This role involves both telephone and face-to-face support.

Open to development and keen to learn new skills.

The Role

Providing technical support in a customer facing role  to customers within the Thames Valley region (Mainly in the RG and SL postcodes)

A combination of helpdesk support, onsite support, and project work.

Standard working hours Monday – Friday (8:00 – 16:30 or 10:00 – 18:30). Flexibility is required in order to fulfil a support role that fits with our customers’ business timescales.

Salary commensurate with skills


Must have

At least 2+ years of working in a technical support role.

Own transportation, with a current driving license/insurance and permanently reside within a 40 minute drive of the M4 J8/9.

Experience with desktop operating systems

Experience with Server 2008 or later

Experience with Microsoft Office 365

Familiarity with networking equipment.


Ideal to have

Microsoft certifications – Server 2008 or later, Windows 7/8/10, Office 365.

Experience and adaptability of working in a small teams (With the majority being under 25)

Reseller experience
