In this role as IT Support Technician you’ll be customer facing, so the ability to communicate in a concise and clear manner is essential. This role involves both telephone and face-to-face support.
Open to development and keen to learn new skills.

Providing technical support in a customer facing role to customers within the Thames Valley region (Mainly in the RG and SL postcodes)A combination of helpdesk support, onsite support, and project work.
Standard working hours Monday – Friday (8:00 – 16:30 or 10:00 – 18:30). Flexibility is required in order to fulfil a support role that fits with our customers’ business timescales.
At least 4+ years of working in a technical support role.
Own transportation, with a current driving license/insurance and permanently reside within a 40 minute drive of the M4 J8/9.
Experience with desktop operating systems
Experience with Server 2012 or later
MCSE Certification or equivalent
Networking knowledge (DHCP, DNS, VPN, TCP/IP)
Ideal to have
Hosted telephony experience
Experience and adaptability of working in a small teams
