In an ideal world from an FMCG/Retail or consumer goods background demonstrating strong sales and commercial capability. You’ll evidence strong customer relationships, account management, new business wins and a proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels.  These roles are all about harnessing both the business opportunities and your capability.

Previous commercial sales experience is essential, you’ll be highly capable and potentially looking to take a step up and we would welcome a conversation with you to explore further.

As a minimum requirement you’ll require the following:

  • Commercial Experience
  • Account Management Experience
  • P&L Experience
  • Resilience, Drive & Results Orientation
  • Proven Communication Skills
  • Knowledge of the UK Retail Landscape, Grocery, Pharmacy or Discounters
