DATA & INSIGHTS DIRECTOR

As a key member of the Commercial Leadership Team, you’ll provide strategic direction to the data and analytics teams. Your role will involve developing new insight services and showcasing their market-leading capabilities to both new and existing FMCG clients. You’ll lead, mentor, and inspire a team of inquisitive data analysts and insight managers through Strategic Leadership, Insight & Evaluation, and Client Relationship Management.

To be considered for this role you’ll require the following:

• Proven experience in developing insights for sales and marketing.
• Strong leadership and team management experience with a focus on guiding and developing talent.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance their needs effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong organizational and forward-planning skills, with the ability to adapt plans as needed.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to manage time and tasks effectively.
• Retail and/or FMCG experience would be beneficial.
