As a controller you'll take ownership of the development, planning and implementation of the strategy across your account. You'll also lead, manage, develop and motivate a team of individuals to achieve overall sales objectives within the defined budgets and time lines. You'll be at a stage in your career where you will already have account management experience at a senior level and are looking for the 'step up'. Experience of having worked within an FMCG environment is desirable as this is a pivotal role within the business, and as such, requires commercial savvy, exceptional negotiation skills and an ability to work within a fast moving and challenging arena.
