Our client is a major blue-chip organisation, with a portfolio of market leading brands. Having developed a strong foothold in the UK market, the business is keen to build on its brands’ success through the appointment of a Customer Insights Executive.
Focusing on at least 2 of the key grocery accounts and working closely with the Sales function, the Customer Insights Executive will be responsible for providing customer and category insight to build category relationships with the relevant customers. Reporting into the Customer Insights Manager, you will ensure that the customer needs and opportunities are fed into the NPD process and will assist in the creation of annual customer plans.
The ideal individual will have previous experience within an FMCG category management or customer marketing environment. You must be comfortable with translating category data from a range of sources and will possess an ability to communicate and influence at all levels.
