A pivotal role for the execution of account strategy on a regional level, the Regional Field Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Field Sales Representatives within the leisure and impulse channel. You will be tasked with the motivation and coaching of your team, and where needed you will also be responsible for recruitment.
The ideal individual will be of graduate calibre and must have previous experience of managing a team within an FMCG sales environment. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, coupled with the ability to work cross-functionally as a team player.
