Our client is a multinational blue-chip FMCG organisation with an enviable reputation for developing and maintaining market leading brands. In recognising the necessity for a first class field sales strategy to ensure its sustained growth, the business is now looking for a Regional Sales Director.
Reporting to the UK Field Sales Director, you will be responsible for the successful execution and delivery of field sales strategy through a team of Regional and Field Sales Managers within a given region. You will oversee the implementation of Route to Market strategy across a range of customer bases, whilst setting a clear capability agenda for your team.
Educated to degree or equivalent level, the ideal candidate will have a track record of success in leading, managing and motivating a large field sales operation. Successful individuals must have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, coupled with the commercial savvy and analytical thinking required to operate in a fast-paced environment.
