Our client is an FMCG business with a diverse portfolio of instantly recognisable brands. The business is now looking to build on its successes through the appointment of a Shopper Marketing Manager.
Reporting into the Shopper Marketing Controller, you will work closely with the sales team to develop the shopper marketing agenda across grocery and impulse channels. The Shopper Marketing Manager will be responsible for ensuring effective communication of in store brand messages and work in partnership with the chosen account to create joint marketing initiatives. You will also play a pivotal role between the sales and consumer marketing teams.
Educated to degree or equivalent level, the successful individual will have 3-4 years experience of shopper/customer marketing or sales in an FMCG environment with demonstrable experience of working with a major retailer, ideally top 4 grocery. You must have excellent analytical and negotiation skills, and also have a keen eye for innovative ideas and initiatives to drive sales.
