Our client is a recognised leader within the FMCG marketplace, who are an instantly recognisable brand. They are looking to develop a culture of sustainable growth within the business and are therefore looking to hire and develop talented individuals capable of implementing this culture. As a result they looking to employ a eCommerce Customer Business Manager who will play a key role in taking this company forwards.
THE ROLE (QUITE SIMPLY)
Reporting directly to the Head of ecommerce you’ll be responsible for our clients full product portfolio in their online pure play accounts, plus you’ll be required to deliver a profitable annual plan which equally delivers market share. 2016 will continue to be an exciting time within the world of ecommerce and the development therein, with organisations investing and further developing their platforms – this is great time to move into an arena with some growth ahead.
THE CANDIDATE (THAT’S YOU)
Our client is looking for an individual who has proven ecommerce account management experience or alternatively an experienced trader who is looking to move into ecommerce. Either way the individual will be capable of handling the numerous responsibilities associated with working for a leading FMCG organisation. Successful individuals must have excellent organisational skills and the plus strong commercial awareness and analytical thinking necessary to develop strategic plans and deliver upon agreed targets. You must also be able to clearly demonstrated strong communication and influencing skills both internally and externally.
